Heat exchanger tubes, engine nacelles, structural tanks, pulp and paper production equipment, pipes and fittings, and saline management facilities are examples of common uses for this alloy group. We use GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG/MA), and other traditional welding methods. S32750 Tube does not require annealing or post weld thermal treatment, to avoid precipitation of inter – metallic combinations of aspects that cause brittleness, the interpass temperatures should not exceed 100 Degree C. The average temperature for solution annealed of S32750 should be 1025 to 1125 Degree C. Additionally, because of its better corrosion resistance, soaking in a fused saltwater before pickling is more successful at removing scale. Moreover shot blasting prior to pickling is very helpful.
