Structure and Function of Super Duplex Reducer:

Super Duplex Reducer made up of Super Duplex Steel is reduced at one end connects larger diameter pipe to smaller one. It reduces the area of flow and thus increases the pressure of the flow. It is one of the types of pipe fitting purposed for control of flow. There are two major types used in piping systems:

• Super Duplex concentric Reducer reduces pipe at the center as the smaller section is formed at the center.
• Super Duplex eccentric Reducer that reduces pipe to one side of larger side.
