Monel 400 Fasteners: Monel is the common name for a group of nickel alloys. They have nickel up to 67% and other elements in the composition. A robust alloy, the microstructure of ASTM F467 400 Monel is a face-centred cubic crystalline one, which results in very high ductility. Like most alloys with FCC crystalline structure, the alloy’s ductility permits good formability into products like Monel 400 Hex Nuts.
