What is Orifice Flange?
Inconel Orifice Flange is a segment that supports the determination of fluid flow in the form of liquids and gases from orifice meter placed on the outside diameter of the flanges. The primary purpose of the Inconel orifice flange is to identify the frequency of fluid flow in the piping system. Each orifice flange works with two pipe valves to calculate the pressure drop of the fluid flow using an orifice plate. These orifice flanges are of two types: raised face orifice flanges and ring type joint orifice flanges
Due to flanges, cleaning, maintaining the pipe system is easy. These flanges are used with an Orifice meter so that we can measure the flow rate of gas, oil, and other fluids. The pipe system connection is easily removable due to flanges.
