What is Titanium Reducer?
Titanium Reducer is pipe fitting prepared of Titanium composition used to connect dissimilar size pipes. It reduces the pipe and so is called a reducer. Titanium grades are composed of a smaller amount of different elements added to enhance the properties. It includes Iron, Carbon, Nitrogen, Oxygen, and enhanced grade with molybdenum and aluminium with vanadium. Grade 2 and grade 5 are commonly used grades, whereas grade 9, grade7, and grade 11 are advanced grades.
Titanium Reducer is advanced with mechanical properties and thermal properties. It contains Titanium properties like durability and a lightweight appearance. These reducers are formed with different grades propose for use in high-pressure pipe connections. The larger pipe connection to smaller pipe reduces pipe size bur boosts pressure. It regulates the flow and is hence connected to the valve, pressure vessel pipes.

Titanium Concentric reducers connect smaller pipe at the center axis of the larger pipe. It is easily aligned at the center of both pipes. These reducers are used in the chemical conveying system avoiding internal corrosion. These are because, Titanium reducers are adequately immune to acids, chlorides, sulfates, and alkaline media. They are marine decompose resistant, and general corroding is opposed. Higher strength produces stress cracking defying capacity. They are heat oxidation-resistant in a wide thermal range.
