Hastelloy Alloy C22 Fasteners are designed to be a higher-strength alternative. The higher chromium, nickel, and molybdenum content of Hastelloy C22 bolts result in better corrosion resistance, higher tensile strength and higher creep resistance Hastelloy C22 are more resistant to general corrosion and pitting/crevice corrosion than chrome austenitic nickel alloys. Hastelloy C22 fasteners provide increased creep, stress rupture, and high-temperature tensile strength. It is greatly increased resistance to chemical attack as compared to the conventional chromium-nickel austenitic alloys. Hastelloy C22 screws have superior strength and corrosion resistance but can provide stronger welds due to their low carbon content. Hastelloy C22 fasteners have a high strength class that is resistant to atmospheric corrosion. Hastelloy C22 Screws provides high-yield tensile strength and toughness in high-temperature areas. Hastelloy C22 Bolts exhibit resistance against pitting and crevice corrosions in reducing environments.
