Hastelloy properties:

Hastelloy is a nickel alloy implemented to increase corrosion resistance properties with more Chromium content. The alloy is Molybdenum stabilized with improved thermal efficiency. Various B series and C series grades are the most preferred grades further enhanced to G and N grades. The suitable grade is used in various applications.

Hastelloy Cross is pipe fitting intended for connections of four pipes together. It is an excellent alternative to a two-way connection. Cross is used in various pressure, reducing stress at connection which is spillage proof. It directs the flow in the pipe with a slight change in temperature. Hastelloy Equal Cross is immune to heat corrosion and stress corrosion at higher temperatures. Cross is better functioning in oxidizing as well as non-oxidizing solutions. Sour gas pipes are connected to cross effectively reduce the gas flow corrosion.
