Incoloy 825 is easily worked, both hot and cold. Hot working temperatures should be in the 870-1180 ° Celsius range, with a finish temperature of 870 to 980 ° Celsius. Mechanical qualities are good at both room and high temperatures up to about 1000 ° F. Permission to use pressure vessels with wall temperatures of up to 800 ° F. PMI testing, hardness tests, flattening/flaring tests, macro/micro tests, chemical/mechanical tests, IGC tests, and pitting resistance tests are all performed. The testing on these sheets is only undertaken by a third-party inspection, which is authorized by the experienced staff, possessing all necessary skills and knowledge of the material and grade.
