Attributes of forged flanges:
These forged flanges enhanced mechanical as well as physical properties. These flanges have excellent resistance to corrosion resistance, excellent tensile strength, good hardness, and toughness properties. Besides these properties, forged flanges have good weldable and machining properties. These flanges work well in elevated temperature and pressure environments. The flanges are suitable for connecting steel pipes conveying mediums such as steam, oil, air, and water. For manufacturing of these flanges, forged, heat treatment, and machined processes are used.
Uses of our Forged Flanges:
- Forged flanges are used as a connecting many equipment’s which form a piping system such as pipes, valves, pumps and other equipment. These flanges allow for cleaning, inspection, modification or repairs. Forged stainless steel or carbon steel flanges are also used as connecting equipment in piping systems.
- Forged flanges are typically welded to the pipe, the threaded end of the pipe, and bolted together to make the connection.
