What is End Cap?
The pipe fitting that covers the end of a pipe is called an end cap pipe fitting. The primary purpose of pipe fitting end caps is to lock the end into a pipe system. Pipe Fitting End Caps are used for connecting pipes of different diameters and are used in various applications. End caps are used in a pipe system to connect pipe or tubing sections. Its purpose is to regulate fluid flow. End caps are usually used for protecting the end of the pipe and other fittings, so the shape are designed according to the shape of the pipe line. The ends of the pipe fittings are pushed in for connection and are also the easiest way to close the pipes. They are used for bypass pressure testing and can be installed on wet and dry pipes.
